How do I book?

Booking is simple. Email or call us to select an available date for your examination, hearing or meeting. We will set up a Zoom call or meeting for you, or your firm or organization can provide us with a link.

Who pays for the transcript?

Typically the party requesting the examination pays, but you may also choose another arrangement and may split the costs equally or in some other fashion. There is a lower price for the second copy of the transcript.

Please contact us for a copy of our price list. We offer the best value court reporters and transcripts.


What format will I get the transcript in?

You may get the Transcript in Word/PDF format or printed and bound. We use standard templates to ensure that our transcripts are easy to read and consistent. 

If you require a special format, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate that request.

How quickly will i get my transcript?

We are pleased to offer expedited transcription services. Typically, transcripts take around 10 business days, depending on the length of examination. All transcripts are thoroughly proofread and produced in-house.

You may request expedited service at the time of the examination.
