The website www.torontoreporting.com is operated by Toronto Reporting. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Toronto Reporting. Toronto Reporting submits that the use of this website and the booking of services is conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or ordering a service, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, clients, lawyers, organizations, firms, partners, customers or employees.

Services

We reserve the right to limit the booking of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time and discontinue our business relationship with any company, organization or law firm.

We also reserve the right to change our prices. Cancellations must be made 2 business days prior to the scheduled start time in order to avoid incurring late-cancellation fees. Please inquire at info@torontoreporting.com about any late-cancellations. For bookings of longer than 3 days total, 5 business days prior notice is required for cancellation otherwise a half day booking fee applies to all scheduled days.

Sometimes technical issues arise with audio recordings. Either audio is of low-quality, lost or otherwise damaged. Toronto Reporting shall not be liable for any such damaged property and when contracting our services, clients agree to not hold Toronto Reporting liable for such. We do everything possible to ensure our audio is of high-quality.

We endeavour to keep audio files for a total of one year in a secure, private cloud-based platform. However, if audio is requested after this time, it is not guaranteed to remain available. Toronto Court Reporting does not assume liability for any loss of audio files or damage to audio quality due to technical issues including within the one year period.

All audio recordings become property of Toronto Reporting, and shall not be released to clients under any circumstances. We undertake no obligation to keep, edit, or release audio recordings, except as required by law.


Errors and Inaccuracies

Sometimes there may be information on our site or in the Service delivered that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to service descriptions, promotions, offers and availability or to difficulties understanding audio files or speakers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information if any information in the Service is incorrect at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to correct errors on transcripts and guarantee to do so in a timely fashion should it be brought to our attention. 

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

It is important that you understand that sometimes, due to circumstances outside of our control, audio recordings are corrupted, fail to record properly or fail to complete fully due to other technical issues. Toronto Reporting will not be held liable for any such errors. By contracting our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Toronto Reporting harmless from any losses, legal fees, costs and expenses associated therein.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "where is" basis, without any warranty.
