Just the audio
Transcription-only services
We don’t restrict our services to Toronto where unnecessary. We know that not every company or organization requires a court reporter, too. That’s why we offer transcription only services. Just send us your audio and we will transcribe.
Certified Transcriptions
Sometimes the format of the transcription you require will differ from another transcription. We’re happy to accommodate that and will produce and certify that we have done the most accurate transcription possible. We are, of course, impartial and always ensure to proof-read transcripts for accuracy.
We also know you might be in a crunch. Let us know when you need the audio to be transcribed (even if it’s the same day!) and we will do our best to meet your needs. Toronto Court Reporting is pleased to offer transcription services. Just send us the audio!
The next wave of court reporting
It was time for a change...
Much like the legal industry, court reporting has taken a long time to catch up with other industries. A neutral third-party is certainly important to ensure an impartial record but lawyers are still spending valuable time and money paying court reporters who have to pay Bay Street overhead.
It’s time for a change! At Toronto Court Reporting we realized that court reporters don’t need to charge Bay Street prices. The technology we use is mobile and can be brought to any office. Law firms often have extra offices where examinations can be held at no cost. This means that lawyers, law firms and their clients all save money.
But we don’t cut corners.
Toronto Court Reporting is committed to doing proofreading in-house – we never outsource. And we make sure our court reporters are properly trained and able to administer oaths. We also make sure we can offer expedited transcripts. Toronto Court Reporting is proud to do this at a reduced price for all our clients.
Renting Office Space in Toronto
While we are a completely mobile service, we know that some of our clients wish to hold their examinations for discovery or cross-examinations in a neutral location. Luckily, there are many rental options for office space in Toronto. Some rent by the hour and others rent by the day. Often they are located in easy-to-reach destinations and offer some amenities.
How to find office space in Toronto?
www.breather.com is a great tool which shows you all the available work spaces in your area and provides reviews and easy booking. There are also photos of the space so you know exactly where you’re headed.
If you are located downtown we recommend 20 Maud St., at $40 ann hour or 925 Queen St. West at $65 an hour. WorkPlaceOne is also a popular rental space located at Bay and Bloor.
If you are not located in downtown Toronto, there are also great options available in the GTA and beyond. For example, there's Innovative Professional Offices in Mississauga and Regus in Oakville.
Whatever your needs, there is an office space available for you. While we do not assist in the bookings, please let us know if you'd like a recommendation and we can point you in the right direction.
